    Hi,

    Since few days, i’ve some problems with my website. I think it’s due to the server, because it’s always the same error : 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable, NGINX (= the website is offline sometimes with this messsage, and it’s seems to be aleatory with different computers). I don’t know what is the problem, i’ve seen in the ovh manager that my PHP version is too old, do you think it could be the solution ? Do you know if the flexform theme can support the last version of PHP, the PHP FPM 5.6 ? Or do you think it could be due to a plugin conflict ?

    ps : in attachments the screenshots of my ovh manager which said that php is too old.

    Hi,

    The theme will support PHP version 7 and 5+ fine, are you using the latest version?

    Please contact your web host about this issue also.

    Hi David,

    we now have done the update of the version 7 (php + fpm) with the ovh manager, but the issue is the same :/ and when the error occured (screenshot in attachments) i can’t access to wp-admin !:/ It’s a big problem, do you have any idea to solve that ? Could it be possible that the problem is due to any extension / plugin ? How to know what is the problem ?

    Please contact your hosting provider.

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    Hi !

    Still the same problem with the same error :/ The modification of wp-config.php don’t give results…
    Today, at 2h50pm, our website is still down…

    Perhaps their is a clue : when the site is down, our image in our mail signature (hosted in the www file on server) is off-line too :/
    Any idea ?
