  I am having some customers complaining that they get a 500 error when adding items to the shopping cart. I have tested it and cant reproduce the error but what might be causing it?

  The problem only seems to affect one custumoer so it is probobly a local issue on his side.

  You are right. These problem comes due to internet service provider and firewell settings.
