    Hi guys,

    Somehow the link on this homepage – with an excisting teammember – gives a 404 when I want to see the team member profile.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Try to resave the permalinks.
    Settings-> Permalinks -> Hit the save button.

    It’s only this one? what happens if you create new one?
    Check any custom configuration in your htaccess file.

    Can you provide admin credentials to have a look?

    It’s not from the plugins and the child theme is also ok so my guess is that can be something in the server settings.
    Can you try this default htaccess?

    Hi Rui,

    I see the .htaccess already as you posted? Also the homepage changed (I put it back already)?

    But the link still gives a 404…

    That’s really strange, the default permalink structure works fine. Probably this isn’t something with the theme.
    Can you provide me ftp access to have a look?

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we investigate.

    Disabled all plugins, still the link doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?

    This has been caused because you set your team category base to team/ and also set the Team permalink base to team/ – obviously this is not possible.

    I have removed the team category base and now it works: http://klantkenners.nl/team/simone-maas/
