    Hello, I just bought your theme joyn and started instal on my wordpress. When it came to the plugins some of then would instal while others just pushed me to a 403 page. Please help.

    It seems some restrictions that hostgator have.

    I am still having the same issue even when installing via ftp swift framework results in 403 error, as well as a bunch of other plugins. I contacted my host and they said it had to do with the plugins being incompatible with my version of wordpress.

    I am unable to instal the following plugins attached in the image.

    Is there anything else I can do, I was able to instal the joyn-importer, but not the framework folder.

    You need to upgrade to latest version of wordpress. Hope it should work.

    Hi,
    I am also getting 403 error. Can you please provide me FTP login detail. This issue related with server specially hostgator so your hosting provider should resolve it.
