    Since upgrading to WP 4.0 I no longer have a visual page builder.

    Is there something I need to do?

    Check your screen settings, you might not have it enabled

    It is ticked, yet still no page builder.

    Hi,

    The Swift Page Builder doesn’t load because this is a more wider problem.
    Check this topic http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-40-master-list

    This is caused by the WordPress SEO or the google Maps Comprehensive plugins.

    try to deactivate and check if it still occurs. Some people updated WordPress Seo and it fixed their problem.

    It was a conflict with Google Map Comprehensive plugin. Thankfully, it wasn’t essential, so Ive removed it.

    All working.
