Hey
Just saying, please note iam only a designer and not a coder so am not too clued up when it comes to code. Here are my 3 questions below.
my website can be found at http://www.digitalbox.co.za
my website is still in a very rough state for now as iam only trying to get the structure of the site before doing all the rest.I have an issue with your theme, i cant seem to figure out how you put the call to action button (when you hover the full width button, it turns blue) just before the footer on each page, i want to have that on my site and I want it to link to my contact page. Can you tell me how to proceed to have that call to action button just like yours?
on the demo the button say “ready to take it to the next level” just before the footer.second issue is, on my website i will only have two Team members to display on my about us page for now, i will like to use the team carousel but how do i get just the two members to be centralized and not start from the left.
third issue is, if you look on the home page of my website, where i will display my latest project at a later stage, the button that says (view all projects) is not centralized on its background, why is that. i used an “alt background” for that background and that is a color and not an image. can you help me centralize that button just like on the demo of dante.
I wanted to also say it is the best theme i have ever used on wordpress mostly because of how easy it is to edit and create whatever you want. really this is brilliant work from swift ideas.
thank you in advance for your response.
VictorJanuary 18, 2014 at 7:53 pm #43366Hi
1) The call to action that you are referring to is called the Promo Bar, you can activate and configure this is Theme Options > Promo Bar Options
2) Not sure about this one, please could you send me a link to the correct page and I will try and provide you with some css
3) Are you on the latest version of Dante?
Thanks for the kind words!

1) it worked but i have one more problem, when you hover the promo bar it turns blue (that am happy with), But when it stands on its own i want it to be grey just like on the demo (a color close to the footer color) how do i do that? it seems to only be light grey on my site.
2) this is fine i will put some text one side and use the team gallery widget rather and am happy with that, no need to worry about this any more.
3) yes iam on the latest version which is 1.5.1 correct? but still the button isn’t centralized, and i didn’t mess with any code at all.
January 19, 2014 at 11:33 am #43422Hi
1) You can set the colors in the color customiser (see screenshot)
2) Great!
3) Hmm this is strange, I have inspected the button and it is wrapped in a p:last-child which has a margin-bottom of 0, but on the demo it is not. I will check with the developer about this.
Try adding a portfolio item, this may fix it.

January 21, 2014 at 5:07 pm #43890Hey @victorchatue how did u do social media icons and projects in footer?
Thanks;
LukasJanuary 21, 2014 at 6:45 pm #43905Thanks Swift Ideas it worked, thank for the beautiful theme once again. once am done with this site it will look great.
Hey Lucas I went to (Dashboard > Theme options > Social profiles) and then simply paste your social links respectively depending on which or how many you use. Once thats done save and it will be on the bottom right hand side of the footer.
Also if you wanted to use your social icons any where on a page you could just use the shortcode [social] and you will have your icons where you want on the page corresponding to the links you inserted…
For the projects in the footer I used the (swift framework portfolio grid) on my footer column 4. You can choose how many recent items you want to display too.
I hope this helps.
