    +1 on this. I see Dante V1.1 has some updated columns shortcode, but I still need 1/5 + 1/6th.

    Hi there,

    Can I ask what you’re looking for 1/5th and 1/6th for. The only issue I can see with this is that it will be very small on tablet portrait size, before they are extended to 100% width on the next viewport size down.

    Hey Ed,
    I need to place a row of 5-6 buttons on a page. I’ve used nested columns to get 6 across (2x 1/2, with 1/3’s inside), but I get extra padding between the centers so a 1/5 or 1/6 would be ideal. As you mention, I probably wouldn’t use these for big icon boxes or similar, but I would like the option for buttons and small text columns.

    BTW, I also don’t see the v1.1 column button in my updated theme like on the theme forrest site. I’m all up-to-date by replacing the v1.1 files manually. I am using a child theme too.

    Hi Jeff,

    We’ll see what we can do. If you provide a link to your page, I can try and help with some custom css to reduce the spacing.

    Go to Theme Options > Page Builder Options and enable the advanced functionality.

    Thanks Ed. I can’t show the site for IP reasons right now.

    10-4 on the Page builder options. Thanks, that did the trick!

    I’m pretty advanced with WP too, so I don’t mind getting some the code. I’ve got the columns working by tweaking the shortcodes.php, and adding css to my child theme, but I’d love to figure out a way to add the whole column tweak to my child theme so I can upgrade w/o hassles.

    It could be really needed to add all kind of content (buttons, logos, etc.).

    Also is there a way to reduce the grid size of Dante ? (i.e. fix the max width to 970 rather than 1170)

    no you cannot reduce the grid since the whole framework needs to be changed if you need to reduce it. Cheers

    Now that we have 1/6 added to the theme was there a reason that 1/5 wasn’t. I’d still like to have that added. Is it possible?

    The reason it wasn’t added was that the CSS grid is 12 column, so 2/3/4/6 fits without any extra code.

    We’ll consider it for the future though!

    Hi Ed. Yeah… they get squished pretty good at teblet resoliutions ?(the flipping icons boxes, for instance, which are so cool…). Is it possible to have a 6 column portfolio carousel though?… THAT would be very nice…
