Ah.. I just realise I have been doing it the wrong way after all.

If anyone were to encounter this problem, the solution is to

1) upload “themeforest-5086341-neighborhood-responsive-multipurpose-shop-theme-wordpress_theme.zip” in your wordpress & activate it.

2) unzip “themeforest-5086341-neighborhood-responsive-multipurpose-shop-theme.zip” & go to Demo Content file & look at “neighborhood_demo-content-full.xml”

3) Follow the instruction on “neighborhood_demo-content-full.xml”

4) All done!
