    Hi guys,

    I installed 2.6.2 a couple of days ago and had issues with my site – I’ve got a ticked lodged and Rui Guerrero was meant to be looking at it today.

    I was going deactivating my plug-ins to check for a clash when I saw that 2.6.3 was available so I thought I would intall it to see if it got rid of my bugs. It didn’t and now I have the same white screen of death as other people

    I will delete the theme via my FTP, but could you please send me the them file for 2.6.1? This was the last version that was stable on my site

    Hi Mohammed,

    I am not sure what you are asking me to do. Contact my hosting provider and tell them what?

    I installed 2.6.3 and now my site is down: http://www.howtobuyanengagementring.com

    Please help me to fix this asap – this is a very disappointing situation to be in.

    OK, it looks like my site has reverted back to the 2014 theme – I’m not sure whether you / Rui has deleted the Dante theme from my site?

    If so, an explanation of what has been done would be much appreciated and if you could please reinstall the version before 2.6.2, or supply to me so that I can reinstall, that would be fantastic

    Hi Alastair,

    I reverted to 2.6.1 because when I activate 2.6.3 it goes all white.

    I leaved the Dante263 files in your server. We will check this with the development team and as soon we can we will get back on this.

    In the meantime I will also close the other topic about 2.6.2 update.

    Just pushed version 2.64 to try and fix the issue, please could you update and check?
