    hi, I’m using gotham narrow font on my website, but it doesn’t work on mobile browsers it turns to times new roman and the h1 seems so big it doesn’t responsively change the size of the header.

    How can we solve this?

    Hi there,

    Is that a custom font which you’ve uploaded? If so – this is an issue with the Redux panel, we’ve got a fix for the next update. I can provide now if needed, just let me know.

    Yes it’s a custom font which i uploaded please provide before the update it’s quite urgent and mobile site looks not nice ..

    Hi Sercan,

    So it’s fine on desktop? There is an issue with the custom fonts within Redux options panel – I’ve taken it up with their team. I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as I get a fix!

    Hi Kyle and Ed,

    Could you please supply me with the fix for the font issue as I have to show a client the site and it’s really important their fonts display.

    Secondly, do you have an idea on when the next update is? As I am also having the spacing issues regarding the (&nbsp) mentioned in previous forums it’s just tough to finalise the site with these issues.

    Hey guys,

    This issue is being resolved by the Redux guys (they create the theme options/custom fonts panels). We’ll be pushing an update to you here when we get that.


    @foliocre     – that update will also include that fix.

    now i can’t upload what’s wrong with this? it gets stuck on “please wait” sign and after that basically nothing happens..
