    We have encountered a strange menu behavior with Safari (Mac) and Chrome (PC). Clients have complained about this and we were able to reproduce it:

    Please go to http://www.prgn.com and select “members” from main menu. On “Europe” try to go further down than “Spain” -> *pow* menu disappears.
    Or try to get past “Massachusetts” under the “North America” entry. Same thing.

    With Firefox everything’s OK, with Chrome on PC (not on Mac) the menu disappears. With Safari on a Mac the menu disappears as well.

    Hi,
    Please use this custom css code :
    div.rev_slider_wrapper{z-index:24 !important;}

    Hope that should work and let me know your feedback.

    Thanks

    Hello there. I Have the same behavior on a Neighbourhood Template. It mostly happens on Dropdown Menu.
    Here is the link to the site:

    Home

    I wrote your code into the custom css, which still not solved the problem.
    Any other ideas to solve this?

    Hi

    The issue is being caused by this in your custom css:

    div.rev_slider_wrapper {
    z-index: 24 !important;
    }

    Hi Kyle,

    the code snippet you are pointing out is the same that Mohammad provided as a solution further up in this thread. Do you have any solution for this problem yet?

    Thanks

    Which theme are you using? Do you have a link I can check?

    Mohammad’s solution was a fix for Flexform, however it’s the cause in Neighborhood

    Thanks,

    I didn’t notice that it was for Neighborhood.
    I’m using Flexform, and it appears that the problem is both in Safari and Firefox.

    There’s one error in the browser console (see attachment).

    Your site doesn’t seem to have any submenus?

    Sorry, I just browsed by topic.
    My problem, however is that the menu disappears all the time as showed in the attachment.

    If you browse between the pages, it happens quite often. This goes for Safari and Firefox. Have’nt tested on other browsers.
