    Hi there,

    our font options within the theme options broke 🙁 I’ve disabled the search option and clicked “save”, after that I saw that all the font settings where gone. You will see this, when you visit our website.

    I’ve deleted the theme and reinstalled it, but the font panel is still broken.

    Hope you can help!

    Hi Maike,

    Wow, never seen that before.. How have you managed that?!

    Can you try resetting the section using the button in the bar above?

    Else drop me a login in a private reply and I’ll take a look.

    Can you trying installing the “Redux Framework” plugin, and let me know if that fixes it – as we may need to update the theme options to the latest version.

    Hi Maike,

    Just been looking into this.. It looks like permissions issue. You shouldn’t see the need to add your FTP account to install plugins, it should happen using the WordPress filesystem.

    Can you check that you have wp-content set to CHMOD 755 recursive, or maybe ask your host to check? Should be the same owner permissions as WordPress.

    I’m 99% sure that is being caused by the permissions issue – which was why I was suggested in getting that fixed 🙂

    Just got a message for the theme options framework dev who said this should now be fixed (only caused in rare instances). Just sorting out an updated build for you.

    Hi Ed,

    I installed the version you provided a few minutes ago but it doesn’t change anything…font options are still broken. Do I have to do anything special?

    Great News – it works now after I’ve updated the Redux Framework Plugin to Version 3.3.4.9!
