  Hi there,

  we have a few issues we are trying to solve in regards to the single product page that we would be grateful for some help with.

  1. The product image is to big, we have set the he size in the woocommerce settings and regenerated the thumbnails but it is still larger than what it is set to. Is there a way to shrink it in height to line up with product details on the right. Please see image 1.

  2. On the product image itself we have went for the zoom effect, when we scroll over the navigation buttons appear however they do not work. Image 2.

  3. When you click on the product page we have an accordion showing description and additional information. The description link is automatically open, and then you need to click on the additional information to open that one. Is there a way to have both open originally? So the user can click to close them instead of open them. Pic 3.

  Also we only have one product with pictures that we are using at the moment and its called ‘olsen snake hips dress’ in case you need to log onto our site.

  1) Try adding this to your custom css:

  @media only screen and (min-width: 769px) { 
  .woocommerce div.product div.images {
    width: 38%;
  }
  .woocommerce div.product div.summary {
    width: 58%;
  }
  }

  2) We have this fixed for the next update

  3) Unfortunately not sorry, it uses an accordion, which allows one section to be open at a time. For them both to be open, we would need to change it to a toggle, which I’m afraid is beyond our scope of support, sorry

  Hello,

  Inside a product page the accordion DESCRIPTION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION are both closed.
  How can I keep the DESCRIPTION open automatically for the customers?
