    I was really happy with your theme and clear documentation. However, when I start installing (following the exact steps of the Dante Documentation, I got in trouble.

    As soon as I activate the Woocommerce plugin and click Install Woocommerce pages the site turns into white screen, so I can’t access the backend anymore.

    I tried to activate the Woocommerce plugin while using another theme and there was no problem. However as soon as I then activated the Dante theme I got stuck with the white pages again.

    Could you please help me? I got a strict deadline for finishing my website and I would really like to use the Dante theme.

    Thanks in a dvance!

    Hi,
    If you have any issues with the theme , i.e. any errors, then you’ll likely need to increase the memory limit and try again. Here’s a guide of how to proceed if you come across issues:

    Edit wp-config.php and enter the following at the bottom of the file:
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

    If you have access to your server’s PHP.ini file, then find the following line and increase the value, for example:
    memory_limit = 64M

    If you don’t have access to your server’s PHP.ini file, then try adding this to the bottom of the .htaccess file at the root of your WordPress site:
    php_value memory_limit 64M

    If you aren’t confident enough to attempt the above yourself, or nothing has worked, then please contact your host directly – they will be able to help.

    You can use the below image as reference for the setup we have on our server:

    Hope that should help to you and let me know your feedback.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi Mohammad,

    thanks for your reply! However, I have already tried to increase the memory as I thought that could be the problem. Unfortunately, this didn’t make a difference.

    Kind regards,
    Daniël

    Hi,
    Please enable error display at wp-config.php by change define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); to
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true);
    Thanks 🙂

    So does this error mean I still have to increase my memory-limit?

    ” Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/vhosting/j/vhost0059904/domains/label17.com/htdocs/www/wp-admin/menu.php on line 248 ”

    I’ve been able to increase the memory in the end, apparently I put the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in the wrong place. Thanks after all!

    I do have a second problem however.. When I go to Theme Options, it says errors were found (while I installed everything accordingly to the documentation) and I can’t for example upload a new logo.

    Hi,
    Please change your theme directory name dante 4 to dante4 that is without space. Hope that should fix your issue.
    Thanks
