    Hi,

    We have the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of the pinpoint theme on our website but actually the shortcodes doesn’t work…

    Any idea ?

    When you want add a shortcodes, you can select what you want, the option of the shortcodes and when you want insert, it refresh the shorcodes window and you have nothing in you text editor…

    This does not happen for me on my demo, therefore I will need your login so that I can test the issue on your site

    I deactivate all the plug-in installed on the theme… But nothing append always the same effect with the shortcodes…

    Basically looks like a cross-domain issue, as tinymce is trying to load from the non-www domain. Might be best to ask your host if they can check your server settings related to this.
