  The form is supposed to be on the left, 3/4 column, with the photo and quote in the 1/4 to the right. BUT it’s just stacking them. I tried 2/3 + 1/3 and even 1/2 + 1/2 – still stacks. Could you take a look and let me know if you spot the glitch?

  My guess is you have an extra opening div tag somewhere which is causing the layout to break, as I can see the photo and test are within the first column. Please check your contact form code, or the text box that contains the contact form
