    Hi,

Is there a way to add a CSS class to a row in the page builder?

    Thanks,

    Ian

    Hi,

In the Page Builder assets you can always add an extra css class in the “Extra class name” field.
You just have to press the edit button hover the desired element.

    Best Regards,
    Rui

Thanks Rui, but I need a custom class or id for the entire <div class=”row”> of elements, not just one element.

    Hi
You can add an extra class for a row the same way as any other asset (see screenshot)

Hey Kyle, thanks, but how do I get to those options? All I can find are the individual asset options. I don’t see an “edit row” button anywhere.

I see you are using Neighborhood, which does not include rows

Ok, which theme does include rows? Is there anything I can do to get them working for me?

    Dante includes rows ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m afraid you can not add this to Neighborhood

Ok, so say I want to use Dante instead of neighborhood….

    a) is it possible to “exchange” neighborhood for dante? I am just using the theme for my company’s site and have no use for multiple themes.

    b) From the video tutorial here: http://dante.swiftideas.net/tutorials/ it looks like the swift page builder in Dante is exactly the same as in Neighborhood. Is there a way I can checkout the backend of a Dante site to see if it will work for me?

Thanks for your help with this. I just need that extra bit of row CSS customization to make the page builder content work for me.

Let me forward this to Ed, the developer of the theme, to have the decision over this ๐Ÿ™‚

Is there any plan to add rows to Neighborhood? I too thought that this just came standard (like Visual Composer, Blox Content editor, and others). It’s really disappointing to not have the rows function as seen in Dante and so many other themes these days. Anytime soon?

Well, Dante is a beast which has been released quite some time after Neighborhood, so in addition to the fact that it’s simply a different theme, that’s also a reason why it has other and maybe more or better features.

    All the best!

    Hi @rydenbach,

It’s on the list, we’re hoping to add it with the next big feature update ๐Ÿ™‚

Unfortunately Envato doesn’t allow us to do that, but we are considering ways we can introduce something ourselves.
