Hi,
We’ve bought and installed Neighborhood but we’ve noticed 4 issues that we would like to address with you.
1) Font Deck removing page elements. I’ve tried to add FontDeck on numerous occasions with Futura TypeFace (Book and Light) but it only works for a short while. If I make any changes to the pages (Home Page in particular) I can only see the Revolution Slider. All other page elements disappear. I have deactivated and reactivated plugins to see if there is a conflict but I can’t find a source of the issue. I have a free account with FontDeck for the moment but we are looking to purchase the Futura licence once we know it works ok.
2) Mini Product Cart thumbs at 70px. I have set the thumbnails for the shop product page at 70px x 105px but when I use the Mini Product Cart on the Home Page it brings up 70px x 70px thumbs which crop the thumbnail. Should I set a hard crop for the thumbs to fix this or is this the only size that the Mini Product Cart uses? I would rather have the thumbs at the correct ratio, not cropped.
3) Personal Shopper. When the current website is viewed on the iPad Mini, the Personal Shopper shifts from the Header to the Top Bar which makes the Top Bar Thicker. Is this a quirk or can it be kept in the Header?
4) Parallax Images. In your example: (http://neighborhood.swiftideas.net/product/mismo-briefcase/) Your parallax image (bags in greyscale) resizes as you resize the browser window but on our image (Home Page), it doesn’t scale. It seems to only focus on the top of the image rather than scaling. (Turns into a grey blocky area rather than the image). Is there an optimum image size for the parallax that scales well on mobile devices or is this a bug?
I appreciate you need log-in details which I am happy to provide but I think you need to reply privately in order to submit these to you? Our website is currently hidden from public view until we move our domain across.
With thanks,
Benjamin
