  Following three things are not showing on any of the product pages my website:

  1- Product Title (already enabled in theme options, page options)
  2- Breadcrumbs (already enabled in theme options, page options, Breadcrumb NavXT)
  3- Product Title background (where can i download this from)

  I see you’ve modified the template files. If you have page title enabled in the meta options for the product, then the issue will be edits you’ve made.

  I have removed all the customizations from “single product page” even then the page title is not showing, where do I turn it on from “Theme options”? or do i need to enable “page title” every time i am opening a new product?

  You just need to make sure you do not uncheck the box for showing the page title, it will be checked by default
