  I’ve been trying to change the widgetized footer background color from the standard dark grey with no luck.

  I tried adding this to the style sheet css:
  #footer {
  background-color:#99a277;
  }
  I also tried it in the Theme Options/general options/css box.

  Any suggestions?

  Thanks for the post. @SwiftIdeas, it would be helpful to elaborate on these options in the theme documentation. A search for “Footer color”…”background”, could have easily have answered the question.
