    Hello everyone,

    I cannot upload an image when i create a post and i want to place an image over the main title. When i press the upload button in the thumbnail option the window opens but it remains inactive (grey colour). The same problem exists when i want to add an image in the revolution slider. The only way to add an image is to create a text block and add an image using the “add media” buttton. But this is not what i want.

    I have tried to deactivate all the plugins after the problem appeared but i haven’t found a solution yet.

    Please help!

    Ok I see the issue, please can you try deactivating all of your plugins and see if the issue still occurs? It is either a plugin issue or a WordPress issue

    Thank you for the advice! Although I deactivated most of the plugins a few days ago, I could’t believe that SEO Ultimate plugin is responsible for this upset! It was one of the 2 plugins I didn’t deactivated. Finally solved and I am very happy and relieved that is not a WordPress problem!
