  Issue: deep links not working (links @ top of page are supposed to deep link to pages below)

  they are all working on the one page navigation, but the links will not work (except for planning & Customization)

  Please help! I have read the knowledgebase page on how to set up one page navigation.

  You spelled the ID with uppercase first letters, e.g. Support instead of support.
