    Hi,

    I have 2 major issues that are preventing me from getting the Dante theme working.

    1. The website is taking a substantial time to load.
    – I deactivated the Dante theme and activated a different theme to test and it was very fast.

    2. I can’t upload the demo content. I keep getting an error 404 page.
    – I’ve followed the documentation here (http://dante.swiftideas.net/documentation/#demo-content-import)
    – I’ve contacted my host and they’ve increased the PHP memory limit to 64mb.

    I’m considering getting a refund if this can’t be resolved in the next few days as I need to get this site up and running.

    Hi

    I’m afraid this would never be a theme issue, it is your host. Some hosts are not fast enough or capable of uploading large demo files, and with all the content on the demo file obviously it’s going to be a big file.

    With all of our demos (on different servers) they are all super quick.

    Hi,

    I’ve contacted my host (Dreamhost) my services were split between two different data centers supposedly. They’ve since consolidated everything to one DC. Everything is running faster. But I still can’t upload the demo content. Again, I’ve increased the PHP memory limit to 64mb per your documentation and have installed all the plugins necessary.

    Is it possible for you to attempt to upload the demon content? Otherwise, I’ll be forced to acquire a refund for this template.

    If you want me to take another look, I’ll happily do so – however the theme is not at fault here.
