    We have a built a site for client using Pinpoint.

    Dolifeindy.com

    The menu system isn’t working well in iOs.The dropdown will randomly work if you load the page quickly and hit it before scrolling anywhere else. I deactivated all the unnecessary plugins and it seems to not have helped.

    Suggestions?

    Hi

    Can you confirm you are using the latest version of Pinpoint?

    Hello Kyle.

    I updated the theme and the wordpress framework this has fixed my navigation issue but it seems as though the slider functionality is gone …?

    My homepage slider after update just showed the shortcode (I have now commented out the shortcode until I can return functionality). Additionally the Slider tab that appeared in the wordpress navigation under pages, is not showing.

    Any quick help would be nice.

    Kyle thanks again for the quick response! you rock!

    i got the slider installed and setup but now the homepage nav (on mobile) has the same issue as before. It works on all the other pages (without the slider) and it worked before the slider was installed.

    Hi

    could you try clearing your cache and let me know if it fixes the issue

    Also please disable all other plugins apart from the rev slider and let me know if that fixes the issue

    Kyle,

    Cleared the cache, tried it on multiple phones and the drop down still will only work if you load the page quickly and hit the menu before scrolling anywhere else.

    I have deactivated all plugins with the exception of REV slider. Still the same issue. I strongly believe this issue is caused by the rev slider. As when the slider wasn’t installed, the home page nav worked fine. Additionally all the pages without the slider do not show the same error

    Let me know advice on next steps.

    Hi there,

    This is your issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wel343zrhef2db6/Screenshot%202014-05-13%2017.40.26.png

    Is that being added in a plugin? This custom css will hide it on smaller displays, and should resolve your issue.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #stwrapper {
    display: none;
    }
    }

    Hope that helps!

    I don’t think it is from a plugin. All plugins expect rev slider have been deactivated.

    Should I just delete those two lines of code above? If so what file is this in?

    Just seen someone else with the same issue, fixed for next update.

    Just add that CSS to the custom css box in Theme Options > General Options – that will sort it 🙂
