  I just installed this theme on a wordpress install that has been using another theme just fine but since installing the theme I keep getting random 503 errors. I have spent quite a few hours troubleshooting and as of now, restarting vanish fixes things. Any idea what is causing this? I only have the recommended plugins installed.

  I did everything I could to resolve this and even contacted my host two times before creating this ticket even though as I noted this issue started as soon as I applied the Dante theme. I am diassapointed in your quick, brief, nonchalant response

  As Mohammad said, although a little briefly, this is a server error – and not something the theme would cause. I understand that it’s happened since you changed theme, but this must be a coincidence – http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E503.html

  This is a rackspace server. I spent two hours with them before opening this ticket. My prior theme worked flawlessly for over 6 months so it’s not prudent to wholesomely blame this on the host.

  I can’t even get the demo layer sliders to view. I did create a ticket about the import not working properly and thinking these may be related meaning the theme is flawed

  Hi there,

  I can understand your frustration in having these issues, however I think the fact that this is the only time this issue has been raised in thousands of uses of the theme backs up my assumptions in terms of the source of the issue – and it’s not fair for you to assume that the theme is “flawed”, as any actual theme issues we are always on the case to fix immediately.

  The demo sliders need to be imported separately, but I will respond to your other topic on that.
