  Hi there,

  Thanks for a wonderful theme. I realize one small thing which Im not able to go around. If you go to theme option to upload a favicon or the logo, it just doenst seem to work. It will bring up an error saying “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” Now I tried uploading at media > add new, that seems to work, but when you go back to theme option to upload the favicon or logo, it doens’t and you can’t also choose from available media. May I know what is causing this?

  Im using wordpress 3.9, and have not installed any further plugin except from the demo. The theme version is v1.6. I think its a small issue somewhere but I cant figure out what is causing this as the theme option is the only cause. Or perhaps the wordpress version?

  Thanks for your reply. I just updated it to version 1.61 the issue seems to still exist. The weird thing is that the media library under the theme option doenst seem to work. Im still getting the error “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” Hope you are able to help. Thanks, really appreciate it

  Thanks for your email. The standard one works. In fact, with this theme, if I go to Media and upload it also works. The problem comes when I try to upload the favicon and logo under theme option, then this is where it doenst work anymore, uploads under theme options. Thanks

  Thanks for your email. I found it, apparently its the Revolution Slider. If I disable that, it works. What would you suggest me to do resolve this 🙂

  Hi Mohammad, Ive updated the plugin but the issue still persist. But what Ill try to do is everytime i want to upload ill just disable the plugin. I think that should work, at least I hope so at least 🙂

  Hi @sonnenbaum,

  Very odd, not seeing that issue here. It’s likely something plugin related, and don’t think it would be Revolution Slider. Maybe ask your host to check the error logs on your server?
