    Hello,

    On our site – www.SproutLiving.com – after registering for the site, you are not able to log out. Clicking ‘sign out’ in the header redirects to a 404 page and you remain signed in…

    Please advise.

    Ok please could you make sure you have the wordpress https plugin, this may be causing the problem. The other thing that showed up was (see screenshot)

    Do you have JS in your child theme?

    Installed and activated the WordPress HTTPS plugin – still can not log out – and also deleted that JS from the child theme – still can not log out…

    Very odd. I removed the JS folder entirely and the Lucre script that was inside it…?

    I understand, but how is that possible if that doesn’t exist within the child theme? I’m happy to give you admin access to confirm, but that JS folder and that script are not there…

    I actually can’t login to your site now when I try to visit wp-admin, I get 404

    Looks like something’s broke on your install. I would recommend uploading a fresh copy of the wordpress files

    I’m afraid that page won’t load either (see screenshot)

    Please activate the parent theme and let me know if it fixes the issue
