  Hi, there is no shortcode, exactly

  From their code it looks something like

  <div class="how-to-box" onmouseover="img1()"><img class="icon1 alignleft size-full" src="image.png" alt="number-l-icon-gold" width="40" height="40">
  <div class="how-to-text">Select city, restaurant and item.</div>
  </div>

  So you would need to develop something like that, yes.
