  Hi, Newbie here so please try to explain in the simplest way possible as Im not very technical.

  Theme looks great but having a few issues and cant seem to find the answer on the forums- Yes I have looked!

  Issue 1:
  I cant seem to upload the demo content, when I look in my unzipped theme file -Neighbourhood version 1.7 “Alt Background Image Files” Folder – there is no file/content for me to upload?

  Have I been very stupid??

  Can there a link to a simple step by step installation guide/Theme Manuel to follow anywhere?

  Issue/Question 2: If I install the demo content – Will it affect the blog posts on my site?

  Hopefully this is straightforward for the right person to answer.

  I am using WordPress 3.9 using Neighbourhood Child theme.

  Hi

  That is the wrong folder

  When you download the .zip file from themeforest, extract it and you will find a demo content foler, along with the theme files psd’s and documentation. The demo content is in the demo content folder

  It will not affect your blog posts 🙂

  Yes demo content is the correct folder. You said that you went in the Alt Background Image Files that is just the folder for the title backgrounds

  Hi Kyle, the demo content folder is empty, if you check the screenshot attached it shows demo folder is 0KB. There is no zipped file for me to upload :S

  Have I just got a dud download?

  Would you be able to upload/attach the specific file here please?

  Have you tried re-downloading from ThemeForest? I’m not sure why the folder would be empty

  If the folder is still empty after a second download I will ask the developer to send you the folder

  I re-downloaded the theme from themeforest and all files were available then, not sure why it didnt work first time round.
