    I am having a problem with the aspect ratio of an embedded vimeo video on a single portfolio detail page. If I expand the browser to it’s full size and load the page, the video displays correctly. However, if the browser is at a medium or smaller size and the page loads, the video gets letterboxed (black bars at top and bottom). Adjusting the browser size after loading the page doesn’t change the video. The video is embeded through the detail media options, not through the swift page builder.

    I am on wordpress 3.9 and Flexform 1.61

    Hi Kyle,
    Unfortunately not. I saw that post, but this is not in a light box, it’s embedded in the page.

    Hi @thethrillmill,

    Just checking here and it resizes perfectly for me? Can you confirm if it’s just a certain browser?

    I’ve checked it in chrome, safari, and firefox. All present the problem. I’m on a mac if that makes a difference… OSX 10.9.2

    It’s not about it resizing with the browser, but about it loading initially with letterbox bars when the browser is scaled down. If I load the browser at full screen scale, the embedded video loads correctly and once it loads correctly, it scales properly with the browser. But if the page loads when the browser isn’t scaled to the full screen, it loads with letterbox bars and then when I resize the browser after, these letterbox bars stay.

    I’ve attached two pictures of what it should look like and what it does look like.

    Ahh I see now – thanks for clarifying.

    Add this custom css, and it will sort it:

    .fluid-width-video-wrapper {
    padding-top: 56.25%!important;
    }

    Hope that helps.
