  The Swift Page Builder button is now missing in my version of Flexform (v1.61). I tried updating Contact Form 7 to the latest version (3.8) and I tried deactivating Contact Form 7 and neither helped. I tried using both Chrome and Firefox and neither helped.

  Cleared cache. Checked and running WordPress 3.9. Tried it in two browsers and still no Swift Page Builder.
