    Hello,

I am using wordpress version 3.8.3 and Flexform theme 1.5.2.

I would like to use some of the font awesome icons in my site. When I use the shortcode button in the page builder I am only seeing limited icon options. I have tried to use them and then adjust the code to reference the font awesome icon name afterwards, but this did not work.

I’ve looked on multiple sites / the Flexform readme and forums / and the font awesome website, but I still can not figure out how to use the font awesome icons. I have logged into my server and I can see the font awesome css file included.

What is the best / easiest way for me to start using the icons? And after setup will they be available through the Flexform shortcode feature?

All in all – love the theme! Thanks for the hard work!

Hi Mohammad, i have to include the icons via

    [icon image="archive" size="large" cont="no"]

for example. I found no way to change the color of the icon itself. Is there a solution?

    Thanks!

Hi Mohammad, I am using Flexform. I have played around with the Swift Framework Shortcodes and changed some values so [icon image="archive" size="large" cont="no"] was working without modifying any css or other file… But however i was wondering if i am able to control the color of the icon…

    Thanks,
    Florian

To change the color of the icon you will need to use custom css, if you could provide me with a link I will help you with the css
