    Dante looks like such an amazing theme for my business but I have not been able to install it. I have installed dozens of themes previously so I know the drill. My host is Hostmonster.com.

    The zipped package that I saved to my harddrive is 140,123 KB. I don’t know if that is the correct size for the downloaded and zipped package. At night it took several hours to download from Envato but this morning I downloaded it a second time in about an hour.

    I have WordPress version 3.8.2 running and I also have WordFence Version 5.0.3 installed and active. I have very few other plugins active on a fresh installation.

    I tried the installation several times with slightly changed parameters. The upload was very very slow but it is a very large file compared to other theme files that I have installed. It uploaded and then I got an error message saying ‘are you sure that you want to do this?’ The result was the same, however, I answered that question. The installation failed.

    I look forward to helpful advice. Thank-you.

    That is what I feel like. I found a 20 second video that solved my problem.

    Hey Kevin,

    Could you please link to the video that helped you.

    I’m having issues installing the theme as well. It uploads to 22% then starts again from 0%. Not exactly sure why it’s happening.

    Hey Mohammad,

    I followed the video tutorial and have now uploaded the right .zip file but am now getting the below message:

    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    dante Stylesheet is missing.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,
    You should upload via FTP upload, then you need to upload the unzipped folder “dante” to the /wp-content/themes folder of your WordPress installation.

    If you get an error saying that the stylesheet is missing, then you have uploaded the wrong folder. Please check that you are uploading the dante/dante.zip within the Theme Files folder. You may have to unzip the file that you download from ThemeForest to find this.

    Hi,

    I am pretty sure I have uploaded the right folder… The dante folder is there in my FTP file manager in the WP-Content>Themes folder.

    Any other ideas why it would come up saying the stylesheet is missing?
