Hi,
First and foremost, thank you for this awesome theme! It’s truly impressive.
I’ve searched the support forum and found similar issues with users and tried to apply the feedback given with no luck unfortunately. The issue I’m having is that the icons (font awesome and ss) don’t display on firefox for our company. In chrome, it all looks great, however, firefox comes up with the number code that many others have posted about.
I tried adding in the code to the .htaccess file you mentioned and that unfortunately didn’t do anything . I also tried adding in the new code for the php functions page that was mentioned previously as well and unfortunately that didn’t help either.
Is there anything you can do to help?
Thanks so much and best regards

I would like to suggest to upgrade theme 2.52 .
ThanksApril 14, 2014 at 1:39 pm #66922Hi Mohammad,
Thank you for the reply. I am currently using theme version 2.52 (with the child theme version 1.0) and do not see a change with this issue. Is there anything else I can try?
Thank you and best regards.

April 14, 2014 at 4:26 pm #67022Hi Mohammad,
Thank you, however, I do not see that the issue is resolved. I cleared my cache and quit firefox. I opened it back up and the website still looks the same. Does editing the .htaccess take time to show everything? Or could there possibly be another issue?
Thank you so much for your help!
April 14, 2014 at 4:30 pm #67025Hi,
Now icons looking at my firefox after updating .htaccess . Please try to test with another machine.
ThanksApril 14, 2014 at 4:37 pm #67026Hi Mohammad,
We tried testing it on multiple computers and mac and pc’s in the office. Still no luck on firefox and Internet Explorer unfortunately. Is there any reason why this wouldn’t work? Are there any other options?
Thank you

Swift IdeasApril 14, 2014 at 7:15 pm #67059Hi Mohammad,
Thank you. This unfortunately didn’t work either, but I will do my best to check with my hosting provider about the issue.
On a similar note, before I do check with my hosting provider, is there a special way I can customize Icons (and use my own) to add them in to avoid this issue?
Thanks so much again!

There is no way customize it . Please contact to hosting provider and let me know your feedback . Why is it working with my Firefox now ? Are you using any security plugin for firefox ?Thanks ๐
