    Sorry, looks like Ed added the modals to neighborhood

    In a text box, if you click the swift shortcodes button, select modal from the dropdown ๐Ÿ™‚

    I was happy for a secind, but then it doesn’t seem to work in the Visibility options text-field. It adds the slash before every “…

    Hi @danielatak,

    If this is occurring within WooCommerce functionality, then you would need to take it up with them – nothing we’ve got in the theme would cause shortcodes to show like that. It may not be possible to add them there.

    The shortcode works fine when you use it in standard content – correct? The issue only occurs with the visibility plugin?

    That is correct. It is only in the text field within the settings of the visibility plugin, it doesn’t work.

    @danielatak – this would be a limitation with the plugin then, clearly shortcodes aren’t supported with the plugin’s functionality. You would need to take the issue up with the developer for the plugin, as it’s not something that the theme could fix.
