  #footer .textwidget {
    text-align: center;
  }
  .header-right > nav#main-navigation {
    float: left;
  }

  Oh goodie, I searched here, the other threads the CSS didnt work. This worked perfect for the top navigation. The CSS Melanie posted- I had to change the 8% to 0% for it to center.

  Im using the centered logo header.

  Just adding to this for future searchers searching. 🙂
