    Hi guys,

    I’m having an issue with the sub sub menu (level 3). See screenshot attached.
    The level 3 menu is getting cut off by the window.

    As a fix, I would like the search bar to stay open all the time (even as the hover menu when scrolled down). When the search bar is open, the 3rd level menu doesn’t get cut off by the window (see second screenshot).

    Please tell me how to do this/fix this.

    Thanks heaps in advance!

    Cheers,
    Caitlin

    If this fix is not possible, then can we have the 3rd level menu come out the other side (left side)?

    Thanks

    Hi,
    I have fixed your issue added some code st functions.js at line 193-194 .
    `var shakid = jQuery(this).attr(‘id’);console.log(shakid + ‘-menu-item-540-‘+menuLeft);
    menuLeft = (shakid == ‘menu-item-540’)? ‘-200px’:menuLeft;`

    Thanks

    Hi Mohammad,

    Sorry, but it isn’t fixed. The 2nd menu now drops down to the left of the main menu link (see screenshot). This doesn’t look nice at all and don’t make sense.

    And the problem is still happening when using the 3rd level menu on the scrolled down (hover) menu (see screenshot).

    I would prefer one of the solutions I have written above.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi again Mohammad,

    This is getting very frustrating, as this is a template design/function issue. And the problem is still there!! Please… this must be fixed as my client is waiting.

    Please see screenshot… When you scroll down the page, the menu follows and hovers over the page… and when you try and use a sub sub menu (level 3) it is still cut off.

    And you have only fixed it for this one 3 level menu. I have added a new 3rd level menu and it is doing the same thing again in both cases (normal and hover state). Please… you need to understand that my client will be adding their own pages and it must work for ALL 3rd level menus.

    It is also very importantn, if you are going to solve this problem by having the 3rd level menu come out to the left, then can you please all move the arrow so that it is on the left and pointing to the left. It doesn’t make sense at the moment.

    Thank you.

    I have attached a screenshot with notes. This is what would solve the issue. So can you please do this?

    Keeping the search bar open. This increases the space for the 3rd level menu to open and be seen. Which stops it from being cut off.

    It would also need to be added to the menu when it is in hover/scroll down state.

    Please do this, it should be a quick fix. The fixes you have done are not working and not look nice.

    Thank you.

    Hi Mohammad,

    Great thank you 🙂 Looks great and works great.

    Can you please add the open search bar to the “Mini header” menu? As the problem still occurs here, when you scroll down the page and try and use the menu.

    Thanks again.
