  Hi,
  Please go to Admin -> Posts -> Add/Edit Post -> Scroll Down – Page Meta Options -> Sidebar -> Choose Sidebar .

  Thanks Mohammad. Is there a way to default it to sidebar one, on the right side so I don’t have to select it every single time?

  Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Blog Post Met options -> Scroll down – Sidebar Options -> Here you can choose sidebar to all blog posts . You may refer this http://dante.swiftideas.net/theme-options-general/theme-options-blog-post-meta/.
