I’m having an issue where text is not wrapping within a slide. You can see here – http://wwwdev.tier1performance.com/
Also, is there a way to always show the next/back arrows?
March 25, 2014 at 10:18 am #60632Hi,
Please put content in new line if you have long text to avoid this issue and please check revolution slider settings to show navigation always .
With Best Regards
Swift IdeasMarch 25, 2014 at 1:08 pm #60777Thanks for your response Mohammad. Would you please explain, “put content in new line.”
Also, I have selected “show navigation always,” but it only turns on the bottom navigation items. I want to show the side (left/right) arrows.
March 25, 2014 at 1:37 pm #60793Hi
You need to add line breaks in rev slider.
So add
<br />
when you want the text to go on to another line.

March 25, 2014 at 1:43 pm #60798Doesn’t adding line breaks defeat the responsive nature of the slider? I’m disappointed if this is the solution. It’s a paragraph. It should wrap naturally.
Is it possible to include Bootstrap column tags within the slider?
March 25, 2014 at 3:35 pm #60852Hi
Please remember, this is not our plugin, therefore it is not our fault about the text not wrapping, please complain the the developer of the plugin.
Not that I am aware of, you could try but not sure it would work.

March 25, 2014 at 4:17 pm #60885Kyle – if I could, I would “complain” to the developer, or at least seek support directly from them. The issue is that I cannot, because I did not purchase a standalone version of the plugin. Since it came bundled with your product, I have no way to activate it (http://goo.gl/tRNgwE), and therefore receive support directly from the developer. If you tell me how I can connect with them, I would be happy to do so.
I understand that you are not the developer, and do not have the full understanding of the product. However, if it is not possible for me to connect with the developers of Revolution Slider, and you cannot or are not willing to effectively support it, you should not bundle it with your product.
I do appreciate your prompt support, and am quite happy with the product. The slider is my only real issue. It seems like a pretty trivial issue, text not wrapping, but that’s basic web development. Maybe you should consider dropping it from your theme bundle anyway.
March 25, 2014 at 4:33 pm #60893Hi
I understand, and we do support the plugin, however you’re not asking for support you are making complaints about how it works, which we can do nothing about because we did not develop it. Not one other person has complained about this.
There is no harm what so ever in adding line breaks, as the text resizes anyway when you are on mobile.

March 25, 2014 at 9:02 pm #60962Kyle – thank you for your quick replies. Now that I understand the limitations, I will work around them to build what I need. Again, the theme has been great. Cheers!
