May 6, 2014 at 9:28 am #72459Hello, I have a problem with Dante’s themeplate. I have installed and composed my website. But now, when I activated Woocomerce’ plugin, some of the elements (portfolio, icons and other elements at homepage) have dissappeared. You told me that I needed to uninstall and reinstall themeplate and plugin, but i did it and I still having the same problem. I think is a problem with Jquerys. If you need my WordPress access ask for it please. Need a quick request please. Best regards.

June 1, 2014 at 1:20 pm #79289Hi there,
I’m incredibly sorry about the delay – seems it was incorrectly assigned.
Here is your issue: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/ If you follow that guide you will be all sorted.
Once again apologies for the delay – this isn’t usual!
