I’m trying to add a conversion pixel code to the “Order-Received” page on my website to track checkout conversions from a Facebook Ad. The only way I see to do that is to enter the string of code into the “Extra Page Class” box in the Misc. Options section. The code needs to be placed between the <head> and </head> tags.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks for the help.

You would have to put the code in the header.php file between the and tags

Will that only track for checkout conversions from the order-received page?

If I add the code to the header.php file, doesn’t that add the code to every page of my website? I need to be able to track key page views from adds. For example, people who visit a specific landing page. Where would I add the pixel to only track visits to that one page?

    Thanks.

You can’t insert code into the head tags for one page only as every page uses the same header.php file.

So it’s impossible to track conversions on a page by page basis? Is there plugins that allow you do add code to individual pages? What about the Extra Page Class box?

Please ask WooCommerce if this is possible, it’s not a theme issue so we can not support for it, sorry.

I’m pretty sure it will be possible some how. The extra class box is to add extra styles, nothing to do with adding extra code.
