  Across the top of the checkout page, it displays options for “email customer care” “shipping information” “returns & exchanges” and “FAQ”. I’d like to just remove the FAQ link. Is there css I can enter to remove it from the page?

  Can you specify exactly what shipping fields you want to remove in the checkout?
