Greetings Dante Staff. I have installed the Dante theme into a GoDaddy Managed WordPress account. Also installed Demo Content xml. My php.ini has a lower limit of 32 mb. Major content areas within the theme are empty – Media, Galleries, Pages, etc. I’ve followed instructions in documentation.

Can you advise on how I can delete the theme from the WP account and re-install?

Also, would I have license issues if I shut down the hosting account and re-opened it as a hard deletion measure in order to start over? Same question – would I run into issues if I opened a new hosting account with another provider and loaded the theme into it? (Keeping in mind that I currently have the theme loaded into my GoDaddy account)

Look forward to prompt assistance (Need to get a site up yesterday. Hope to re-purchase Dante 4x this month if I can get it to work once)

    Thanks

You can delete the theme via fTP from wp-content > Themes

Then you can flush your database with this plugin

    Database Reset

You can use a purchased theme on one domain. So if you delete it and reinstall it on the same domain and wordpress installation it’s absolutely fine.

You need to increase your max upload file size limit to 225MB if you want to upload the demo content properly. But I’m pretty sure GoDaddy won’t allow you to do so.
Consider switching from GoDaddy to another hosting company by the way. If you’re interested, google “GoDaddy sucks”.
