  Hi,

  We have a standard install of Neighbourhood and as you can see in the screenshot (where it says “inflatable SUPs’) – the menu background disappears on the 2nd level dropdown menu the first time it loads.

  This doesn’t appear to be a browser issue as it has been tested in a number of browsers / devices.

  This CSS fix does not solve the issue.

  To confirm, I have added:
  nav .menu ul.sub-menu .sub-menu {
  background-color: #FFFFFF!important;
  }

  Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS => Here put this code and update options

  nav .menu ul.sub-menu .sub-menu, nav .menu ul.sub-menu .sub-menu li, nav .menu ul.sub-menu .sub-menu li a {
  background-color: #FFFFFF!important;
  background: #FFFFFF!important;
  }

  Hope it will work 100% .

  I dont see this issue at my site . please check with hard refresh [CTRL+F5] and share wordpress admin login detail to check and fix the issue very soon .
