    Hi guys,

Really need a bit of help with a site where the revolution slider responsiveness isn’t working with header option #3 on iPhones etc.. Basically, the sider is still appearing “behind” the header – stuck to the top of the page – see http://getzouing.com/ rather appearing below the header like here (also Dante): http://www.envisageit.com.au/

Dante is set to 1170, responsive on. Revolution slider is set to Auto Responsive. I’ve tried setting the grid width to everything from 960 to 1170 and nothing works.

I’m not sure if the fact that I see edging on the sides of the header on the not-working one has anything to do with it. (On the Envisage website, it is perfect, and no image is seen to each side of the header)

    WP 3.8.1
    Dante 2.16
    Revolution Slider 4.1.4

    cheers, Kurt

Hey, I cannot view http://www.envisageit.com.au/ and I don’t see anything out of order in your first link. Can you check back on the second link so I can compare?

Looks like they are having server issues there – but if you hit refresh on http://www.envisageit.com.au they will appear.

In any event, here is a comparison so you can see the issue. On http://www.getzouing.com.au the header is covering at least half the slider when you go to an iPhone.

Thanks for the reply Kyle. Strange it must not have updated straight away when i made the changes yesterday. The problem is, I don’t know what fixed it, and have discovered another of our sites based on Dante has the same problem. http://www.mcfillin.com.au if you could see the issue there. Is this an issue with an earlier Dante version?

    cheers Kurt

Yes, that website is running Dante 1.15, please update to 2.16 and the issue should be fixed.
