  I keep having issues where I will update a section and then refresh my page and there will be spacing added in between elements. Even after I go in and delete them, the issues spacing comes back and it’s normally ” ” being added. I’ve made a video showing you what I mean:

  So one nbsp gets added each time you open the element in the editor mode?

  can you try deactivating all your plugins and see if that solves it?
  If not, can you let us know your wp-admin login details in a private reply so we can check out what we can do?

  the only two plugins I have running are SWS: Sliding Tabs add-on and Styles with Shortcodes for WordPress

  should i deactivate those? I’m also having <p> tags added as well.

  This is how it looks while I’m creating it in the editor. Then after I save it and go back in to make another edit. That is what I see.

  Hi, I am Frank and i would want to let you know i have the same problem (automatic &NBSP;) added to all fields in the visual composer when changing and saving. I am not using the plug-ins Christina uses. Pretty anoying. I have upgraded tot Dante 2.55 recently – no change. I added a screen dump.

  Please put this code functions.php at end of file before ?> .
  remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' ); remove_filter( 'the_excerpt', 'wpautop' );

  Thank you for the code. Strangely enough, the behavour dissapeared yesterday – without any apperent reason. So I will wait and see if it returnes. If so, I will make the modification to the functions.php and let you know if this works.

  I have the same problem (&NBSP) in my home page, i try to put the code in functions.php, but it does not work…&NBSP appears after each change, you can see it in my screen shots images,
