  Hi,
  Metatag Open Graph plugin put necessary meta tags at page automatically . Its enough to pages . You need to buy pro version to put custom title,description , etc . Anyway you may find feature of pro version here http://surniaulula.com/extend/plugins/nextgen-facebook/
