I changed the main menu background to black but now my text is not visible and blends in so i’d like to change it to white. I’m guessing this id one via CSS? Does anyone have the code?

Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS => Here put this code and update options
nav#main-navigation .menu li.menu-item > a{color:#fff}
