  Yep,

  in functions.php you can find the code

  /* REGISTER SIDEBARS

  After that you will find several paragraphs of code, each of which registers one sidebar.
  So duplicate one of the codes and paste it in the same fashion at the end of those paragraphs. Then you will want to change the sidebar name and you’re good to go.
