New Landing How can we help? Themeforest Theme Support Neighborhood Catalogue Mode does nothing

    Hi,

    I am activating catalogue mode on my site and it does absolutely nothing prices still show and you can still add items to the shopping cart. Ideally I would like this to work how ti should but I have since resorted to using custom css to remove the new tag and taken the price out of the product listing but I now face a free banner that I do not know how to remove.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi! we have developed the website ands Catalogue mode is not working at all. First we configure all the catalogue with prices and shop is actives. Now we need to disable this functionality but does nothing setting CATALOGUE MODE ON. Please could you tell us how to solve it?

    When I go to any other page on your site I get a 404 error, please check. It’s probably a permalink issue, try resave your permalinks

    Please can you deactivate your other woocommerce plugins, like Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Select, WooCommerce Pay for Payment etc to see if any of them are preventing catalog mode from working
